Alwyn Avenue

This was a carbon copy of Wavendon Avenue as this project was very successful. The team extended and restored this 5 Bed family home to all it's glory.

Using our learnings from the project at Wavendon Avenue we were able to create this amazing space for less in turn maximising profits while never compromising on design.

We added a loft conversion, side extension and basement conversion to maximise the space with a focus on high-end design.

This project was undertaken for a private property developer.
